Thankfully eidolways watched it with us, cuz when we left the theater, we saw a rather large pool of water/antifreeze on the ground. Sure enough, the Caprice's radiator finally up and died. It's 13 years old and has 400,000 miles on it, so it was to be expected. Thankfully it died so close to home and not when Bow was on the route. Eido took us home and Bow and Uath went back with the truck to get AAA to tow it home.
In other news, I was glancing around, surfing from local sites on the 'net. I found a job that I'm totally qualified for, and I think I would really enjoy doing it. They even offer benefits. The only downside is that working weekends is mandatory. Weekends really aren't a 'big' deal, but it is the only time I really get to be with Bow. If I get this job, I won't be seeing him much at all, since it is a daytime job.
I think I'm going to send in my application anyway. They're not hiring right now, this is just an application pool for when a job opens up. But I might be able to negotiate the weekend thing if they think I'm good enough.
Of course, getting this job would really hurt BT's updates. On the upside, I'd be getting guaranteed pay at triple what I currently make with BT (plus benefits). Job it is.
